Job Title: China IP Manager (China Patent agent)

Location : Beijing

Job Description:

-Mission: Managing China IP, Patent filing and prosecution support and proofreading of patent specification

-Main responsibilities:

Patent filing and prosecution support and proofreading of patent specification

Intellectual property license support

Intellectual property litigation support

Patent searches for acquisition

China IP sensing

Patent Map for display panel companies

Advise on employee invention rules and compensation

Customer: China Patent office (SIPO), SDC patent law firm

Qualification:

-Bachelor degree or corresponding but not limited

-Experience at similar position in other companies or Patent law firm

-Chinese standard language & fluent English literacy
