Mission
- Technical & quality support for customer ;
- Solve the problem in time, feedback & report H.Q the first-hand customer info.
Main responsibility
- Handling customer complaint and production in better control;
- To monitor customer quality performance to ensure quality target;
- monitor products quality and reduce failure rate, to ensure products quality;
- Understand competitor clearly, collect competitor status in customer side;
- Other duties or requirements assigned by Supervisor
Language Skills
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese
- Good command of Korean is a plus
Min Skills & Knowledge
- At least 2+ years Customer Services experience, OLED/ LCD CS is highly preferred;
- Easy-going and friendly, can keep good relationship with clients
