Role Summary/Purpose
The senior recruiting consultant plays account manager role for the assigned business/function teams to provide talent recruitment solutions and wing-to-wing services to attract talents and fulfill immediate openings.
Essential Responsibilities
• Strategically partner with the assigned GE businesses (HR Managers and Hiring Managers) to meet their recruitment needs
• In partnership with client businesses, design and implement proactive recruiting strategies
• Create and communicate status reports for client businesses in support of the recruitment process
• Execute the recruitment process
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies including the use of internet search methodology, meet service goals and provide exceptional customer service
• Place special emphasis on supporting GE's diversity objectives through diverse recruitment strategies
• Assist the Recruiting CoE Leader with recruitment projects and initiatives to support the business
• Actively participate in recruitment initiatives such as Career Fairs and Campus Recruitment in partnership with the Organization & Staffing Department
• Utilize GE's recruiting tools & systems to track all candidate information
• Create business and corporate analysis reports as well as recruitment metrics reports
• Assist in special projects as required
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 7 years relevant staffing experience in China talent markets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all level of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Excellent interview and assessment skills, knowledge and solid practices in talent sourcing and engagement.
• Strong customer service focus and great team player.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
