职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Assign team member for all related Admin matters or staff care support issues;
2.Handle full spectrum of Human Resource function which include recruitment, selection and staff placement, compensation & benefits
3.Process monthly payroll using to ensure accuracy and timely payment of salary
4.Responsible for office management procedures, office supplies, Reception Services, etc.
5.Roll out for Performance Calculation and Salary Management.
6.Buildup C&B System with scientific methodology, especially international general system like Mercer IPE, Hay methodology and so on
7.Able to establish professional HR management framework based on advanced HR management methodologies including kinds of famous HR management concept.
8.Buildup company talents architecture from top to the end, especially Middle-high level management for supporting future company growth
9.Prepare employee contract, letter of confirmation and Work Pass application/renewal/cancellation
10.Buildup career plan to connect with Core HR management to give specific lead for career growth of up to 200 employees
11.Buildup internal training system for kinds of position training and generate talents-choosing system.
12.Generating monthly HR reports
13.Any ad-hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
1.University graduate and/or professional qualification in HR or equivalent
2.5-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably with international companies or IT related companies
3.Experience of managing up to 300 employees on HR manager position.
4.Experience of leading team to buildup C&B, Training and Career plan system for company.
5.Desire for reaching a high point in HR management field.
6.Has stronger responsibility attitude towards career than personal issues
7.Overall experience of working in human resources, including policy and procedure development, performance management, management and staff development
8.Up to date knowledge of China employment legislation and Chinese labor law
9.Able to persuade and negotiate with people to ensure that standards are met
10.Familiar with Accounting principles, Employment Act, CPF regulations, etc.
11.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
12.Possess positive attitude & ability to work independently
13.Resourceful, self-motivated & hardworking
14.Good at developing relationships (including distant and cross culture relationships)
15.Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking candidate)
16.Able to commence work within short notice an advantage
