职位描述
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible to tracking & forecasting business data, perform detailed analysis, and generate regular Management / Analysis reports for business performance reviews;
- Participate in developing new modeling methodology and performing regular diagnostics to assess model performance.
- Analyze business data to interpret business conditions & trends,and provide recommendation deem appropriate;
-Involve in statistical research for collecting and consolidate data;
-Track project progress and assist Manager to manage project to ensure timely follow up / implementation;
l 对大区月度各项销售数据报告进行量化分析并向AD提供相关报告
l 熟练掌握各种数据报告的运用,对大区销售及管理情况进行分析并及对问题进行及时反馈
l 对大区区域计划,各级指标预估及设定,区域市场计划等与业务相关情况进行有效监督与跟踪
l 根据需要设计相关数据分析模版并保证其运用实施
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent business analytical & problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High logicality with quick learning capabilities and a good work ethic
- High level of personal & business integrity and can work under pressure in a rapid growing environment
- Able to manage multi-tasking and deadline simultaneously
- Advanced PC skills in MS Excel preferred with proficiency in MS Words,PowerPoint
Education:
At least bachelor degree holder with strong quantitative background, e.g. Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Natural Sciences, Economics, Management Science, and Engineering.
Experience & knowledge:
- 3-4 years with JV/Foreign companies experiences with relevant experience
Core competencies:
- Motivated, professional and willing to work hard under fast moving requirements
- Strong analytical aptitudes including broad skills in data manipulation, in-depth statistics knowledge
