职位描述
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Supplier Quality Control
Collect supplier quality performance data, e.g. LRR/ PPM tread, follow up supplier develop improvement plan;
Be responsible to follow up Supplier CAPA and ensure its on time completion
Assistant SQE on supplier quality system qualification and periodical audit;
Participate in OEM projects and support supplier selection and qualification
Products and/or Components Acceptance
Support SQE to set up inspection spec and method for products and/or components
Responsible for products acceptance activities, including on-site inspection, DHR review, 3rd lab testing et al.
Interface with suppliers on quality issue handling and following up
Support products and/or components validation during receiving and shipping process, eg. Transportation validation, facility validation et al.
Routine Operation
Assisting in the development and continuous improvement of Quality Systems in alignment with regional and corporate requirements.
Other tasks assigned by line manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree of University
Good knowledge of ISO13485
Good knowledge of MSA and QC tools
Knowledge of GDT
Min. 2 years’ Quality control experience on supplier quality control and/or quality inspection
Background in metrology and familiar with common equipment and tools, OGP, caliper etc.
