Job Description
Support for technical Project Management with regards to translation, timing coordination and intra- departmental processes and milestones.
Responsibilities:
Supports the Team with planning and performing of administrative processes
Collaboration with internal administration processes and employees
Support in budgetary planning and accounting of the Technical Project Management
Support for Event and Workshop organization
Translation Chinese to English and German
Requirements:
Perennial work experience within assistance, secretary and translation
Convincing appearance
High level of performance and ability to work under pressure
High level of self-organization
High level of flexibility
Professional use of MS Office products (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Very good English and Chinese knowledge (written and spoken)
