Major responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Maintain and follow the logistics process for an efficient logistics flow

· Coordinate with sales people and customer regarding to goods shipment status and customs declaration and solve logistics issues.

· Manage warehouse and inventory

· In charge of the receipt and dispatch of stocks and stock returns in the region

· Participate in annual stocktaking

· Liaise with internal departments and service branches (purchase, project department/ACA, service, and logistics, PTD) to expedite goods delivery on time.

· Take other ad-hoc assigned tasks.

Candidate profile:

Education

· College degree

Experience

l More than one year related experience. Foreign invested trading company preferred

Knowledge

· Sound knowledge on SAP system, SAP logistic module experience are considered as advantages

Skill

· Good PC skills and excellent on Excel & Word;

· Good communication skill;

Language

· Good English skill both in written and reading.
