Main Duties:

Establish RM specification. Conduct RM and FG regulatory compliance evaluation.
Obtain, check and review, of all technical, food safety, documentation pertaining to the different business sites.
Effectively communicate/contribute regulatory information to relevant persons both internal and external such as R&D, Sales, marketing, QA, customers and globally to meet project goals.
Build and maintain good relationship with outside parties such as Chinese SFDA and relevant government authorities.
Monitor changes in food regulations pertaining to our business, analyze and implement changes to our systems
Prepare regulatory documents for products registration.
Manage regulatory submission process including: input, schedule, costs & etc.


Required Qualifications:

University graduate with major in food, nutrition, life science
8 years or above relevant experience in international regulation in the food and dairy products
Good knowledge and skills for finding regulatory and food safety data by all resources.
Good knowledge in Chinese regulatory and international regulatory
Positive attitude, good communicator and self-motivated the ability
Well Organized capabilities
High self-motivation & self learning capabilities
Good command of Microsoft offices.
