岗位职责：
1. 管理采购订单以满足生产需要和其他相应需求。
2. 下采购订单，跟进订单和交期的确认。
3. 跟踪供应商的准时交付情况，建立并完善良好的合作关系。
4. 集团内部采购安排，跟踪交期完成情况，并跟踪订单发运情况直至货物实际到达目的地。
5. 优化库存结构，减少缺货，控制呆滞物料，以支持公司业务。
6. 制定采购和库存报告。
7. 监控供应商品质问题，并与相关部门协调促使供应商对品质问题采取正确措施。
8. 新进物料的管控，采购参数的维护和核对（价格，交期，起订量等）
9. ECN的跟进， 确保物料变更的准确性。

1.Manage to release the purchasing orders on time to meet the sales demand.
2.Place purchase orders and follow up PO confirmation and delivery confirmation.
3.Keep on tracking for the suppliers performance. Assist to build up good Supply Relationship Management system.
4.Implement the Group internal purchasing between BUs and Factory, Keep on tracking for the delivery performance track for the shipping in process until the final arrival.
5.Optimize the inventory structure, reduce the material shortage and control the dead/slow moving stock to a minimum level to well support the customer demand.
6.Develop the procurement /inventory management reports.
7.Monitor quality performance and follow-up supplier’s corrective action on quality claims by coordinating with relevant dept.
8.Monitor the new materials both in AX & the ramp up phase,check & maintain the key parameters (price, LT , MOQ…)
9.Get involved for all the ECNs, make sure to have the material changing with 100% accuracy.
