岗位职责：
1、积极建设并维护良好、互信的客户关系，挖掘与客户长期深度合作的商业机会
2、分析客户的商业传播目标，能够主动为客户提供高价值的基于互联网的公关建议
3、 整体负责传播计划的执行管理工作：合理分配工作，掌控传播计划的实施，传播内容管理、项目费用管理等
4、深入了解互联网特点与资源，有效运用相关资源以超越客户传播目标
5、管理并辅导团队成员，营造团结、积极、高效的团队工作氛围
6、 主动发掘服务中存在的问题和优化服务的机会，组织各方资源进行改善
任职资格:
1、大学本科以上学历，3年以上公关行业从业经验，1年以上同等职位经验，对互联网及传播有较深的认识，并有志向在互联网营销领域发展
2、具有整合营销或公共关系策划、组织及项目管理能力
3、具有良好的分析与解决问题的能力
4、能承担工作的挑战和压力，积极进取，注重绩效
5、 有一定的客户关系及优秀的人际沟通能力
6、良好的管理能力和团队建设能力；
7、良好的英文读、说、听、写；熟练使用Office等办公软件 及网络浏览搜索工具
