职位描述
Key Responsibilities
1.Learn and understand Pearson HED/ELT product portfolio. Establish positioning for specific HED/ELT products and generate marketing plan accordingly.
2.Work with internal (management, product and sales teams) and external stakeholders (customer and distributors) to ensure smooth and timely delivery of campaigns according to marketing plan. This includes:
(a)Generating Campaign plan and timelines
(b)Events coordination and management
(c)Vendors management – engage, select and work with vendors including PR agencies, design and production houses
Ø Set Campaign KPIs; evaluate and report outcomes.
3. Lead and execute HED/ELT related social media efforts on local platforms including Weibo, Wechat and corporate Websites
4.Draft and produce marketing collateral. Generate and circulate marketing communications to customers
5.Ensure Pearson brand consistency
Qualification/Experience
1.Bachelor’s Degree or above in Marketing, Business and related majors
2.Proven experience in marketing, >5 years
3.Knowledge of/experience in the education industry strongly preferred
4.Experience working in an international environment and running campaigns in multiple languages
5.Experience in events delivery
6.Passion and experience in social media and digital marketing. Knowledge in data analytics and leads generation
Key Competencies
1.Proficient in written English; good spoken English a plus
2.Capable of drafting speeches and press-releases in both languages
3. Basic knowledge of video and image processing software
4.Capable of and comfortable with multitasking; able to work under pressure
5.Organization, planning and prioritizing
6.Strong sense of teamwork
7.Hands-on and can-do attitude
