Main task:
主要任务
Assemble product parts to fulfill the production program in order to guarantee the requested quality, quantity and work safety.
按照生产计划的要求，保质、保量、保证安全地完成产品零部件装配任务

Duties and responsibilities:
工作职责
Ensure the proper assembly of product parts.
确保产品零部件的正确装配
Perform repetitive tasks according to blueprint and process specifications.
根据图纸和工艺指导书进行装配操作
Support and propose improvements referring to quality, maintenance, process, logistics and training to team leader or shift supervisor.
能就质量、设备维护、工艺、物流、培训等方面向组长或倒班主管提出合理化建议
Follow the quality standards of ZF and inform the Shift Supervisor in any case of discrepancies or non-conformities.
严格遵守采埃孚的质量标准，如遇到任何与标准矛盾或不一致的情况要及时向倒班主管汇报
Support and follow changes within the assembly.
支持并遵从装配中的变化
Work on basis of regulations for work safety and environmental protection.
工作中要遵守安全、环保等相关规定
Work as a member of the assembly team and may be assigned to different work stations.
作为装配小组的一分子，可能会根据实际需要在不同的工作台之间轮换
Perform station start up and shut down procedures.
负责工作台的启动和关闭。

Competencies and experiences:
任职要求
Secondary modern school or junior high school
中专或初中毕业
Good physical and health condition
身体健康
Technical understanding for assembly and manufacturing related processes
了解装配、制造等生产工艺
Solid communication and teamwork skills
良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。能适应白夜倒班
