工作职责：:

1. Marketing daily operation

·Responsible for marketing daily operation up to the Omega standard, including VM & media placement management, POS activity, good execution of company policy, etc.

·Responsible for deliver clear marketing message and right marketing strategy and campaign in North Region

2. Marketing Campaign Execution

Responsible for implement and execute every marketing launch campaign in North Region according to marketing guideline and business plan

3. Provide professional service

Responsible for providing the relevant professional marketing skills up to the company standard in event agency and assist shop sales to well known the branding, marketing strategy and product knowledge

4. POS activity, Media & VM Support

Responsible for POS activity and Media support in planning and execution and report compilation

5. Meeting the sales target

Responsible for collecting sales data and analysis to meet sales target in North Region

6. Communication

Responsible for the main communications among Company, Brand, Landlord and Competitors

任职要求：
1. Worked in Fashion brands
2. Be adaptable to retail working time and environment
3. At least 5 years relevant marketing experience in fashion brands
4. At least 1 to 2 years relevant commercial and supervisory management experience

5. College degree or above

6. Good at spoken and written English

7. Passionate about the brand and fit the Omega style

8. Good personnel management

9. Well organized and logical thinking

10. Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills

11. Good at numeric reporting and data analysis

12. Team player, self-motivated and patient with good coordination skill
