Description:
We are searching for an experienced Engineering Manager & Mechanical Engineers in material handling industry. This includes design of bucket elevators, belt conveyors and chain conveyors for diverse industries. (agricultural or mining industry)

Roles and Responsibilities:
?Work and lead in the engineering department preparing designs and drawings for manufacturing
?Designing and re-engineering Material handling system using industry specific knowledge
?Communicate with USA engineering team; Liaise with Sales, Manufacturing and the end customer to ensure specifications are interpreted correctly for quotation purposes
?Lead product transfer and product introduction projects
Qualification and Experience:
?Knowledge of Chinese National Standard and relevant industry standard.
?At least bachelor degree of mechanical engineering.
?Above average competency with both Pro-E and AutoCAD.
?Demonstrated understanding of manufactured equipment including welding, fabrication and power transmission design.
?Experience in a manufacturing environment that involves the transformation of steel (machining, cutting, shearing, welding, painting and assembly) into finished equipment.
?Strong Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience
?Project management skills is a plus
?Bachelor degree on Mechanical or relevant major, with + 8 years mechanical design experience.
?Good English communication skills
