Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading and most innovative manufacturers of hydraulic braking systems for industry and wind energy in the world.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager. People with the abilities and desire drive to become a part of the global team.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
· ?Collect relevant / available market and forward them to the manager.
· Observe the market. Collect all available market data.
· Explore new customers, set-up new sales channels.
· ?Promote respective products, systems and services in the area / application.
· ?Fill in all customer relevant data (e.g. investment plan, requirements, competitor share, budget a.s.o), which you are collecting during your customer visits.
· ?Follow / implement the strategies of company and the Regional company management.
Customers:
· ?Responsibility to serve the customers in the best and most efficient way.
· Visit your customers regularly and establish a good but also effective, long term relationships on all levels and to all departments (e.g. engineering, purchase, sales, production, and service).
· ?Provide your customer with up-to-date information about products, systems, services, prices and documentation).
· ?Prepare / organize technical support and service to your customer.
· ?Implemented the company strategy and pricing policy.
· ?Collect feedback from your customers Manager (e. g. about our solutions, products, prices, and delivery times).
· ?Push own business where it is possible.
· ?Generate an order income with the customer .
Offers, Orders:
· ?Work out and follow-up quotations to your customer.
· ?Support the sales and order handling with technical order clearing
· Ensure that orders, which are placed already, are executed most efficiently and in accordance with the related contract.
· ?Keep the overdue of your customers as low as possible.
Competitors:
· Collection information from our competitors (e. g. solutions, prices, discounts, technique, sales force, strategies) and pass them to your direct superior (e. g. solutions, prices, discounts, technique, sales force, strategies).
Budget:
· ?Working out, in cooperation with your direct superior, a bottom-up planning
· Responsible for the budget fulfillment .
Reporting:
· ?Fill in visit report after each customer visit.
· ?Fill in all your projects info's and maintain them.
Qualifications:
· 8+ sales experience at related industry sales or project management experience ideally
· Solid knowledge and experience of the brakes market
· College degree or above, majored in mechanic Engineer is preferred
· Fluent English and native Chinese
· Customer oriented
· Passion in sales
· Team work and excellent communication skills
· Available for frequent business trips
