we are a European multinational, supplying Power technology to various industries, including Energy/Power, Marine and Renewable Energy . We are looking for a Marketing Manager to take the lead on marketing activities in China. The company has a strong business in China.
As Marketing Manager for China, you report to General Manager in China (European national), and is a part of the Management team
Key responsibilities
? In the beginning the marketing manager will need to be quite hands-on and create marketing activities like web news, email campaigns, exhibitions, customer seminars, brochures and power points
? The manager must stepwise build up a marketing function in China, by employing and training key employees (text writer/web-designer). Today already have one Marketing assistant in the in the team.
? One of the main goals is to raise even stronger awareness to the company brand, and ensure that marketing activities are in line with our global brand guidelines.
? The manager must further develop our marketing strategy and activities in China-with the necessary coordination with marketing in Europe.
Personal skills:
? University education in Marketing, or other relevant area.
? A minimum of 3 years of Marketing experience from a larger industrial company-or from marketing consultancy firm where you have also worked with industrial area
? Interest in technical products/solutions.
? Management skills to manager the marketing team and activities to great performance
? Very good English skills
