Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading and most innovative manufacturers of hydraulic braking systems for industry and wind energy in the world.
We are looking for a HR Supervisor. reporting to Managing Director. People with the abilities and desire drive to become a part of the global team.The job location will base in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
· To act as a coordinator in all relevant human resource aspect and ensuring that agreed procedures are applied and followed.
· Handle applications, acknowledge receipt and archive
· Coordinate applicants & interviews
· Arrange and plan introduction schedule for new employees
· Ensure that all relevant procedures are followed as to introducing new employees; such IT check list, GE declaration, relevant training, update 3 months interview, etc.
· Handling and coordination of newsletter and personnel magazine
· Coordinate HR procedures and policies in accordance with quality handbook and Health, Safety & Environment.
· Update relevant information on the intranet
· Training coordination
· Competence registration
· Updating of job descriptions
Qualifications:
· Good communication skills
· Fluent in English - both oral and in writing
· Coordination capabilities
· Flexible, extrovert and serviceminded
