Key Activities:
1.Assist to provide operational support to tools rental and sales team with regards to shipment status by proactively monitoring ETD/ETA, carrier performance etc.;
2.Ensure, verify & communicate all necessary documentation prior to shipment as per JDE/TAT system and to Customs Clearance agent. Responsible and accountable to ensure HS codes are correctly applied to all incoming and outgoing shipments;
3.Assist to provide fully support in course of CIQ, random inspection, damage issues, statements about final destination etc. and unexpected cases.
4.Assist to manage and monitor day to day Customs brokers operations and ensure performances in compliance with local customs laws/regulations and company policies;
5.Keep all shipment documents in proper filling and maintain a daily record on each inbound & outbound shipment as detailed as possible, which are involved with shipping schedule, delivery date, clearance status, freight cost, clearance charge, duty & VAT etc.
6.Assist with verification of duty, local clearance service and freight bills at a regular time basis to give management a general view of operation cost happened;
7.Coordinate with OST in reviewing MIT and WMO report weekly to make sure all of open orders are closed timely.
8. Other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of company requirements.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor degree or above.
Knowledge: Major in logistics, international trade or related is preferred.
Experience: 1+ year in logistics industry or logistics functions in multinational company
Competencies:
1. Good interpersonal skills include collaboration with others, negotiating, etc.
2. Good English skills.
3. Rigorous, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility.
