Your duties:
· You will be offered with a trainee program in Germany and an interesting and challenging position at Freudenberg IT China.
· You will be deployed in different departments in our headquarters located in Germany which deal with ADICOM software suites.
· You will have plenty of opportunities to enhance your professional abilities, to assemble new capabilities and proficiencies and to develop effective management skills.
· The on-the-job development you will receive here is second-to-none. Your real life experience and exposure to a variety of business ideas, models and tasks will give you an in depth understanding of the important issues facing our business today.
Our requirements:
· Master or Bachelor Degree (MA, MBA, BA) preferably in technical business fields (e.g. computer science, software engineering, telecommunications).
· Experiential knowledge in C, C++, Java or C#, and have project experience. Know MES and Unix/Linux preferential.
· Good working knowledge of the English language (written and fluently spoken) is a basic requirement in our international environment and basic German language skills would be helpful.
Has own initiative, the capability of problem solving, an analytical way of thinking, is well organized and ambitious, likes to collaborate with people, is open minded, has cross-cultural skills, is communicative and willing to relocate after the completion of the trainee program to our Chinese company Freudenberg IT China.
