职位描述
Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
Purpose & general responsibilities of the position
To increase the size and profitability of the account to *****, through increasing *****’s share of the customer’s logistics spend, achieving excellent levels of customer satisfaction, suggesting and driving business development initiatives as well as through cost saving and productivity improvement projects
To manage projects that both add value to and create competitive advantage for the account business, whilst driving additional revenue streams into the ***** organisation
Create an environment of innovation and rapid response to client’s needs based on a deep awareness of their business from both a tactical and strategic perspective
To manage the account business with emphasis on driving process excellence across origins to fully meet the client’s requirements, whilst ensuring strict adherence to the SOP
Ensure the client remains highly satisfied with the service received from *****
Actively communicate, safeguard and promote clients’ and team’s interest within global account management team.
Strategy:
Provide input and support the development of our clients’ strategies with active interaction between ***** origins and destinations.
Drive development projects and maintain operational excellence for client’s supply chain.
Execute and deliver against the profitability and operation excellence target.
Engage other internal departments to improve clients’ overall supply chain performance.
Setting of day-to-day objectives that have longer-term impact within the job area
Take an active part in best practice sharing and take an interest in developing the necessary skills and knowledge to perform at a higher-level
Execution:
Ensure successful project implementation and best practices sharing across Asia
Proactive drive to identify and manage revenue generating projects
Communication:
Implement internal/external communication protocols including production of white papers, intranet/extranet articles, seminars, workshops etc
Maintain, develop and manage close working relationships with clients at the Managerial & operational level
Exert influence to convince clients to accept proposals and development solutions which add financial value to clients’ and *****’s business.
Prepare, design, deliver and present sales presentation and commercial proposals to client stakeholders.
Proactively take a leading role to share best practice between origins in relation to operation excellence and business opportunities.
Work closely with daily contacts in client organizations and *****.
Communicate within global organization to lead and facilitate all opportunities regarding to key accounts.

Specific responsibilities of the position:
Project Management:
Drive various projects to generate additional revenue
Coordinate with various parties (internal and external)
Analyze project status and room for improvement
Measure project progress and adjust solutions
Deliver commercial target for existing business expansion and new business
Create and maintain global development plans or key account plans periodically for review in local management and global key account management teams.
Analyze complex supply chain problems. Solve and design suitable sales or improvement presentation to client stakeholders to drive the development of the projects.
Relationship Management
Maintain and develop good relationship with client
Closely communication with internal and external stake holders to achieve win-win
Close and effective cooperation with origins to support and help them to deliver
Arrange regular client meeting to discuss operation improvement and development opportunities.
Operation Excellence:
Close communication with client and origins to delivery excellent customer service
Ensure SOP compliance from all origins
Best practice sharing across origins
Drive operation process effectiveness and improve productivity
Meet all internal and external KPI with continuous good monitoring
Work jointly and coordinate with other business units to ensure we optimize our operations, products and deliver highest service quality to clients in all branches.
Ensure that client’s monthly report and internal scorecard are prepared timely and accurately as per pre-agreed format and timeline.

Be able to work independently, and willing to travel upon business requirements

Ambitious and result oriented self starter with initiative and strong drive
Preferred:
Account Management experience
Project management skills
Excellent analytical problem solving skills
SCM/forwarding and other Logistics experience
Knowledge of the Asia business and logistics market
