Assistant to the General Manager（1 people）

To challenge processes, support strategically and take broad operational responsibility within a cooperative environment.

Major tasks/job activities:

1. Administration
   - Responsible for GM’s meeting organization and minutes;
   - Drafting, archive the documents from GM;
   - Managing time requirements of local staff for GM
   - Reports on a daily basis to the GM and maintains frequent contact with other departments.
   - hotel booking for foreigners, flight booking, company car management, and any temporary work assigned by GM.
   
   

2. Logistics
   Build the good relationship with logistic company and choose the right transportation tools (economic and speedy) to support Sales and Service Dept. to ensure the delivery of belts and tool box in time.

3. cooperation with Service Dept.
   - Supporting the Service Manager’s daily work;
   - Assist the Service Manager to set up service hub in Shanghai & China South;
   - Take responsibility for making service offer and price negotiations ;
   - prepared the finance issue for the service people when they go for business trip and after back;
   - Do the overview work of monthly attendance for service people.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. At least 1 years relevant experience, possibly in a similar role;

2. Must be able to demonstrate high level IT skills (Knowledge of accounting systems preferably Kingdee, Excel, Outlook, Word etc).

3. Demonstrably sound leadership skills with experience of managing other staff.

4. Able to demonstrate a flexible, innovative, energetic attitude with a desire for continuous improvement.

5. Knowledge of negotiation and administration of legal documents.

6. Excellent organizational, planning and delegation skills.
Experience formulating objectives, standards, and procedures.

7. Excellent oral and written communication skills (Chinese and English ) and interpersonal skills are essential with the ability to demonstrate discretion and diplomacy.

8. Able to successfully manage a number of tasks/projects simultaneously and identify problems and devise creative, cost-effective solutions.

Able to work effectively both alone and cooperatively as a member of a small team.
