受上海某著名外企委托，招聘ERP技术支持顾问（Technical Consultant）一名。
职位描述：
1、处理客户在使用软件过程中遇到的问题；
2、与客户共同完成在项目中的设计，开发，测试和实施阶段。
岗位要求：
1、5年以上技术顾问工作经验，书面英语良好；
2、熟悉大型oracle数据库和SQL Server database；
3、有零售行业和品类管理相关经验；
4、最好精通一种UNIX操作系统，包括HP-UX, IBM AIX 和 Sun Solaris；
5、Shell脚本经验（Perl or C-Shell）；
6、熟悉web server和IIS最好；
7、熟悉ETL 和 EAI工具。
Position: Technical Consultant-Senior
Major Responsibilities
1、Consults with customers/associates concerning maintenance and performance of software systems.
2、Escalates issues that may have negative scheduling or financial impact.
3、Participates in customer liaison activities to ensure project success.
4、Provides estimates to project managers of complex work and resource requirements.
5、Provides leadership to small technical teams as necessary.
6、Works with customer's MIS team to manage the technical activities of each implementation phase of assigned project.
7、Works with project team to understand and help to refine and define project technical requirements from technical specifications. Diagnoses business and technical expectations on a project.
8、Works with the customer team in the design, development, testing and implementation phases of the project.
9、Develop ABPP UI, Work Flows and Task Schedulers etc.
10、Develop Oracle Store Procedures/Triggers/Packages using PL/SQL.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS PREFERRED/REQUIRED:
1、5+ years technical consulting experience.
2、IT/echnical experience in requirements definition, systems design and systems implementation.
3、Experience with administration and tuning of large Oracle databases (preferred) or SQL Server database.
4、Technical working experience for retail industry or category management is preferred.
5、Solid experience with one of UNIX operating systems including HP-UX, IBM AIX and Sun Solaris.
6、Shell scripting experience: Perl or C-Shell.
7、Experience with SQL: stored procedures, performance tuning.
8、Experience with JAVA, XML and other scripting tools.
9、Familiar with web server, IIS is preferred.
10、Familiar with ETL and EAI tools.
11、Web and Application server experience with Microsoft IIS.
12、Some VB/VB Script experience.
13、Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
14、Bachelor's Degree (or above) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math or equivalent exp preferred.
