Role (Purpose of the job)

This position assists Finance & IT Manager in payment and treasury back office work, including cash flow forecast and cash management.

Key Responsibility

Prepare online payments to dealers, suppliers, and employees, etc

Check employee expense claims

Process daily Direct Debit

Ensure timely collection of bank statements

Set up/change vendor account in accounting system

Treasury related works: open/change/close bank accounts, banks documentation preparation, including drawdown notice, money transfer form, etc.

Prepare cash flow forecast

Liaise with banks for time deposit placements.

Ensure timely repayment of bank loan principals and interests

Process foreign currency payments

Finance document filing and compliance document management

Education & Professional Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or business related field

One to three years’ experience in treasury or accounting function

Main Competence Requirements

Highly motivated with strong willingness and capability to learn

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PPT

Good command of spoken and written English
