职位描述
Position: Cost Accountant 成本会计 (6 months contractor)
Location: Beijing 北京
Responsibilities:
1. Review clients’ monthly vouchers, financial report and analysis to ensure the accuracy in recording and reporting to client on a timely basis;
2. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing and prepare reporting package for clients;
3. Initial setup for new clients’ accounting system;
4. Meet and communicate with clients regularly to fully understand the needs and requirements of clients;
5. Liaise with tax officer and maintain good relationship with relevant overnment authorities;
6. Handle and respond to routine client administrative concerns;
7. Coach and responsible for the work performed by the accountant in charged under the assigned client portfolio;
8. Other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines; CPA or ACCA holder is an advantage;
2. Over 3 years experience in areas of cost accounting & tax; financial review, SOX, management accounting & budgeting, etc.;
3. Working experience in Big 4, renowned consulting firm or MNC is an advantage ;
4. Knowledge of Excel VBA and SQL is preferred.
5. Demonstrate a good knowledge in PRC GAAP, IFRS/US GAAP, PRC Tax Laws and Regulations and forex regulation;
6. Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office, an integrated ERP System (SAP, JDE, Dynamics , Oracle or similar),etc.;
7. Good command of both English and Chinese;
8. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time-management skills and with strong sense of responsibilities;
9. Excellent commitment to job, positive initiative, a good team player and with right attitude to work; and
10. Technically competent in resolving day to day operations relating to tax and accounting matters.
