Mission:
Sales, with floor managers, the point of sales for the various perspective including Selling, Product, Turnover, special customer service, VIP recruit and achieve sales goals in each month and year. Other duties include report products Feedback, Stock daily count, brand image. Well follow company procedures and guideline.
Responsibilities:
- Knowing daily store operations with a good appearance and manner in store
- Interact with customer and build strong relationship
- Ensure a high standard of customer and special service within the store
- Customer - oriented, mature
- Detail - oriented work style
- Know monthly and monthly target
- Familiar with store stock situation
- Proactively do any concerning issues
- Good communications
- Strongly resist compression in sales
Skills:
- Store daily operation: Opening and closing, facility maintenance and store cleanliness, stock daily count, cashier abilities
- Style & fashion awareness
- Customer Service: Knowing, foreseeing, providing special service and satisfy customer’s needs, as well as boosting sales.
- Products knowledge: Know main line of brand and seasonal trendy
- Flexibility
Requirements:
- 1-2 years retail or hotel work experience
- Education: High school diploma
- Advance English level with bilingual English and mandarin priority
- Computer skills
