-Execute governance function for treasury risks for North-East Asia entities, manage and control financial risks, liquidity position and funding requirements as well as support the work out of strategy to further optimize treasury activities.

What are my responsibilities? 我的工作职责是什么？
-Controlling overall Foreign Exchange risk position
-Liquidity planning & controlling
-Generating treasury reporting for treasury management
-Support of exception management
-Creating and updating treasury guidelines
-Revaluation of financial instruments
-SAFE governance and bank relationship coordination
-Coordination of M&A integrations/divestments and support of affected entities

What do I need to qualify for this job? 我如何才能胜任？
Competencies
-Master degree in Finance and/or Accounting
-Good communication skills in English, German is favorable
-Strong analytical & presentation skills
-Familiar with accounting principles and able to understand & explain treasury related accounting treatments
-Sound knowledge of treasury related issues, especially on hedging topics
Experience:
-3-5 years experience in Corporate Treasury essential
-Accounting/controlling experience desirable
-Multinational company experience desirable
-Project management experience desirable
-Extensive knowledge of risk management tools, techniques and products (including derivatives) - Proficient knowledge of treasury risks, hedging strategies and products
-Sound knowledge of payment methods and products

-Treasury is a corporate department of Siemens Ltd., China and the center of expertise for all Siemens companies in North-East Asia in regards to financial risk management, cash management as well as Group financing. These activities include treasury governance and treasury compliance, managing cash- and currency risks, the provision of bank account and the choice of bank partners as well as the use of in-house treasury tools.
