-For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BJ,we are looking for a Senior Components Engineer 高级元器件工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1.Implement Siemens Components strategy, closely collaborate with designer, supported by APE/Sourcing for electronic component selection,In order to meeting the product performance requirements

-执行西门子器件战略，与APE/Sourcing工程师合作，帮助电子设计工程师选择适合器件，以满足产品性能需求

2.Apply Part number in PDM system (CADIM or TC), Maintain component information up-to-date, apply SAP number for new parts, execute component qualification process

-申请器件部件号，维护PDM系统信息更新；申请SAP号，执行部品认定流程

3.Tracking new technology, introduce new components to design, support local supply chain build-up, promote Design to Cost。

-追踪新技术、新工艺，支持本地供应链建设；引入新器件，推进低成本设计

4.Technical support for IQC,APE,SP and Logistic, plan for risk manangement, closely collaboration for sustainable delivery

-与IQC、APE、SP、物流等部门合作，制定风险管理及应急措施，稳定生产及持续发货

5.Product certification support, document preparation for CE/UL/CCC certificates

-支持产品认证活动，准备相关认证资料

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.3+ years related working experience in component engineer, preferably 1+ year’s product design experience in HVAC,

-3年以上元器件工程师相关工作经验，有1年以上暖通空调行业产品设计经验者优先

2. Familiar with the components of the technical specifications and test technology

-熟悉元器件的技术规格和测试技术

3. Familiar with electron components failure analysis,determine the components damage

-熟悉电子元器件失效分析、判定元器件损坏原因

4.Bachelor degree or above, master degree is preferred, major in electron component ,electrical and electronic engineering, industrial automation or related

-本科以上学历，硕士优先，电子元器件，电子工程，工业自动化或相关专业毕业

5. Rich knowledge in electron component manufacture technology and process

-了解电子元器件加工工艺和流程

6. Preferably have basic knowledge of product development process and HVAC field

-有产品研发流程方面和暖通空调领域的基础知识者优先

7. Strong capability in English reading and writing as well as English speaking

-在英语读写和口语方面有较强的能力

8. Preferably working experience under regular project management and process control

-有在正规项目管理和流程控制下的工作经验者优先

9. Experiences in international companies are advantages

-有国际企业工作经历者优先
