- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a Quality Engineer 质量工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Support the new product development with stroung focus on supplier quality related activities.

2. Create related quality documents and provide training & qualification to inspectors

3. Participate in the selection of potential suppliers and do pre-assessment through cross-functional team.

4. Take the lead to resolve the supplier quality problem and follow up on root cause investigation & verify the effectiveness of corrective & preventive action(8D report) to prevent quality problem from occurring.

5. Measure & analyze the performance of key component suppliers by monthly and conduct regularly audits of suppliers' quality management systems and manufacturing processes to ensure the required Quality, Cost and Reliability

6. Drive supplier coninuous improvement projects(activites) to reduce defects, including problem identification,priority setting, action planning and execution.

7. Responsible for final disposition of non-conformance materials and claim for compensation to clear defective materials: (rework, return for credit, material evaluation, corrective action reports,etc)

8. Participate in the verification of supplier material change(4M1E) and support component qualification process

9. Perform other duties assigned by management or superior effectively

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.More than 5 years experience of quality engineering and at least 3 years supplier quality management

experience;(5年以上质量工作经验，至少3年以上供应商质量管理经验)

2.ISO9001 audit experience,familiar with VDA6.3 preferred(ISO9001审核经验,熟悉VDA6.3优先考虑)

3.Bachelor or higher in engineering major(工科以上学历); Good English skills(良好英文能力)

4. Strong analytical and good problem solving skills.

5. Solid knowledge on SPC, APQP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, CPK, PDCA, 8D, etc.

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
