- For our Digital Factory Division in BJ,we are looking for a Product Manager- SRA System/建筑控制系统产品经理.

What are my responsibilities?

Job responsibilities:

1.Support global portfolio efforts for Siemens Building Automation System

2.Define and prioritize technical and commercial market requirements proposals for new products and enhancements for Siemens BAS (USP, 4P, functions and applications).

- Then feed them into global roadmap and achieve realization for them.

3.Support global product managers in capturing the market requirements for products, enhancements and applications in China.

4.Support and monitor closely new development projects at the local R&D center together with the R&D project leader and the global product manager to ensure that all product requirements are met (product cost, time to market, product functionality etc.)

5.Roll out new product developments and enhancements successfully to Siemens internal sales offices in China for both local and some global products.

6.Analyze and monitor market situation, competitors, technologies, new trends etc. and ensure the optimal strategic positioning for in China including product prices, total installed effort and price etc.

7.Monitor the sales results for in China

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Job requirements:

1.Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or automation

2. Communication protocols used in BAS (BACnet, KNX, Ethernet, proprietaries etc) and their use

3. Programming languages (PPCL, C++, object based, etc.)

4. Building automation system infrastructure build-up

5. 5-10 years experience with systems engineering, commissioning (programming) of building automation systems; ＞5 years experience with engineering, design of HVAC applications in buildings, preferably hands on experience

6. Product and system infrastructure, strengths and weaknesses of other BAS brands (JCI, Honeywell, TAC, Delta, Techcon etc.)

7. Competitive situation for BAS in China: market sizes, shares, trends, governmental policies etc.

8. Strategic product marketing positioning methodologies, preferably MBA

9. Chinese native with exellent spoken and written English

10.Experience with project management and processes in R&D development of BAS products

11.Experience with project management and team management preferred
