- For our Digital Factory Division in BEIJING,we are looking for a Sr.Application Engineer 高级应用工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Develops standard and customized applications for use on various product platforms such as SAPHIR and Climatix for use in regional companies or for key customer use by implemention of systematic analysis, requirement identification, quality programming and engineering guide, etc. 通过系统分析，需求识别，高质量编程和工程指导，基于多种产品平台，为区域公司和大客户开发标准化和客户化的应用

2. Develop standard HVAC library and application following global application engineering standard and PEP, local customer requirements and specifics, efficient programming way, systemastic frame design should be taken into account . 根据总部应用编程规范、研发流程要求，以及本地客户的需求，开发标准的HVAC模块和应用，同时需考虑高效的编程方式以及系统化的设计构架。

3. Works on specific OEM customer projects by giving advice and implementing application software for the end product to be used by the customer. 为特定的OEM客户项目提供 （如chiller, AHU)建议以至及提供的应用程序编程

4. Give APE support and APE test to R&D project such as to help to build the test environment for Compliance test,system test and FQC test with HVACR knowledge . 从应用工程师角度，为研发项目提供应用技术支持和测试等，如帮助搭建认证测试平台，为系统测试提供支持，为产品生产过程质量FQC测试提供支持

5. Provides necessary expert support to PM and sales in the region for HVAC applications, including regular training courses on Sapro programming and specific applications for key customer engineers and L3 engineers. 为产品经理和销售经理提供HVAC应用技术支持，包括Sapro 常规培训课程，以及为大客户工程师或L3市场工程提供专业的应用支持

6. Develop a close relationship with Marketing (KAM/PM) ,sales of RC organizations ,PL / R&D Engineer and also Global PM/PL 与市场部、区域销售、产品经理、研发工程师以及总部产品经理项目经理建立良好的合作关系

7. BSCE BAS system management and maintenance support ,given expert technical support to BSCE internal with HVACR knowhow, such as give support to factory humidity control and energy saving for air conditioning system.楼宇自控系统管理和维护支持，为BSCE内部提供暖通、空调、制冷的专业技术支持，比如车间湿度控制，空调系统节能。

8. Coach new comer/junior engineer quickly improve professional skills. 指导团队新成员和年轻的工程师快速提高专业技能

9. Continually update oneself with market and application trends in the industry as well as other influences such as government on Energy usage. 紧跟行业的市场和应用发展趋势，以及其它影响因素如政府的能源政策，不断地自我提高

10. Maintains good contact and relations with engineering Institutes and Universities to ensure market trends and knowledge are not lost to the company. 与高校及行业组织保持良好地关系，保证公司对相关市场趋势和技术动向清析了解

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 5-8 years of working experience in HVAC\automation\electrical. 暖通空调\自动控制\电气方向5－8年工作经验。

2. At least 5 years of working experience in similar environment or in service, for instance, building automation, HVACR unit/system design/installation/control, etc.，至少5年从事如楼宇自动化、暖通空调制冷机组和系统设计，安装，控制等类似行业。

3. Bachelor Engineering degree or equivalent course in a Technical Institute. Major in HVAC, Refrigeration, Automation, Electrical, etc. 本科及以上学历或工学院同等学历，暖通空调\制冷\自控\电气专业等。

4. Work experience in a multi-cultural environment would be an advantage though not a necessity. 多元文化背景工作经历优先。

5. English skill in speaking, listening, writing and reading.英语听说读写流利。
