-For our SLC IT R AAE SMO we are looking for a Change Request Coordinator at the earliest opportunity.
What are my responsibilities?
-Handling of Change request administration for AA region
-Escalation for pending change request - maintain KPIs
-Preparation of change request Billing
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Techniques
-Good communication skills in English
-Good knowledge on MS Excel and power point
-Customer oriented
Experiences
-Experience of handling similar administrative activities’ in other organization as work experience ( 6 months to 1 year)
-Demonstrate good team player and coordination skills required to work in Regional organization
-Preferably: Experience of working in international environment

Education
-Bachelor or above
