· Mellanox Technologies is looking for an experienced Sales Manager in China for Ethernet Products.

Responsibility:

· In this high profile and challenging role, you will be responsible for both the strategy and the development of our new business initiatives with focus on Ethernet products. You will be charged with developing and expanding new business partners and projects opportunities, as well as customer awareness in this field, planning, forecasting and executing all sales activities on Ethernet product lines for China market.

· You will be responsible for developing new business and channel partners, as well as account relationships with the key people within the potential client organizations by providing high level product and technology information and explanations to successfully address the client's needs.

· Developing business and developing proposals for presentation to customers and partners, coordinating account resources with representatives from marketing, pre-sales engineering, and development.

Requirements:

· 10+ years "current" experience in Sales / Business Development in China.

· Sales track record into enterprise datacenter and Ethernet switch and network interface card product market in China. Good relationship with major vertical market, service providers and IDC operators are as plus. An understanding of the business issues and actual and future demand of those markets is a must.

· Selling systems with preference to network equipment (Ethernet and/or storage network) to enterprise market.

· Strong motivation for generating revenue of Ethernet products; aggressive and diligent attitude in reaching business objective; ability to develop business plans, solution knowledge and understanding the customer’ needs. Focus will be on closing skills and meeting business goals.

· Engineering degree is a plus.

· The capacity to set operations strategies and in the future, develop and lead a team.

· Self-starter who is able to successfully work both independently and as part of a team.

· Highly driven and trustworthy with high empathy.

· Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and Chinese.

· Highly energetic personality who enjoys working in a growing team atmosphere. A good attitude towards working in a highly dynamic work environment.

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Some travel required
