工作内容

1.负责日常资料翻译

对公司与外方业务联系的传真、信函、邮件、合同文本等的翻译工作；对公司所需的英文技术资料、设备说明、图纸等资料进行翻译；公司对外宣传时的样本图册、公司介绍等的英文翻译及朗读配音；

2.负责外事活动及商务谈判翻译

负责公司对外商务谈判的翻译工作，进口产品验收等对外

场合中担任口译工作；以及外事活动中的对外联系、外宾接待等工作。

3.传真接发

为各单位发送与外单位业务往来的传真，并把接收到的传真及时转送各相关单

位，以及各单位传真费用的月结工作。

4.信息报送

不定期向集团公司报送公司发展及业务中的重大事件，重要奖励及主要活动的信息

5.协助其他工作

协助领导和同事交办的其他工作，共同做好会议室的协调工作，共同做好会议通知的工作。
