职位描述
Job specification:
1. Responsible for bookkeeping and month end closing to ensure the financial statement and consolidated report issued timely.
2. Keep accurate accounting records, compliance with Chinese tax policies and regulations.
3. Monitor cash flow for daily operation, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
4. Reconcile with the Group companies to make sure the AP/ AR reconciled monthly.
5. Provide the financial analysis report to support Line Manager.
6. Responsible for the invoicing timely both for ERP system and VAT invoice.
7. File tax in a timely manner, and provide the suggestion to mitigate the tax.
8. Coordinate the annual audit and annual tax filing.
9. Coach teams to improve the financial professional skills.
10. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Key qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management.
2. 6+ year accounting working experience, at least 2 years in full set of accounting, reporting and tax submission.
3. At least 2 years working experience in IT or software industry.
4. Good communication skills in verbal and written English.
5. Strong commitment to meet tight deadlines.
6. Self-motivated.
7. Team player, good interpersonal skills.
