Key Responsibilities:

1. Working on operations of the facility systems, such as Equipment Monitoring System, Building Monitoring system, utility equipment and lab equipment.

2. With minimum supervision, support current project operations and site goal objectives and ensure compliance with corporate and site requirements.

3. Connect closely with Sotio Czech facility experts to take the ownership of the facility systems in Sotio China.

4. Maintain the lab facility and utility equipment and lab equipment in proper working condition and valid status.
维护实验室设施和公用设备确保其在合适且有效的工作状态。
5. Ensure the availability of critical spare parts.
确保关键备件的可用性。
6. Perform troubleshooting and necessary maintenance (preventive and corrective maintenance).

7. Perform and coordinate equipment test, qualification, PM and CM per cGMP guidelines.

8. Write, revise, review or approve controlled documents as required.

9. Implementation and follow up of CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Key Professional Competencies Required:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in engineer\construction\mechatronics or equivalent

2. Strong English skill and communication skill, fluent oral English is a must.

2. 1-3 year working in facility system, such as Equipment Monitoring System, Building Monitoring system.

4. Knowledge of one or more following lab equipment: HVAC, classified Clean Rooms, water system, utility gases, boiler and pressurized vessel, metrology.

5. Additional experience in other facility, utility equipment and lab equipment is a plus.
