Main Duties
1)Planning & Programs
Analyze monthly mystery shoppers report and work closely with Retail Managers/Supervisors on customer service related campaigns for CB retail staff.
Identify training needs of CB retail staff and WS shop staff
Participate in yearly/monthly training plan and activities according to the training needs
Design appropriate new training courses contents and keep updating the contents so to keep up with the changing needs.
Communicate with relevant area managers, shop-in-charges regularly so as to collect information to update training materials.

2)Administrations
Conduct seasonal product training and new product training sessions at shops
Attend monthly shop managers meetings of concept stores.
Be responsible for other administration work of in-house training.
Assist in coordinating and participating in activities of shop staff (i.e.customer service campaign) and various visits.

3) Shop visits
To visit CB stores regularly so as to:
Have a better understanding of the job duties of shop staff and be aware of updated operating procedures of shops
Identify the training needs of shop staff.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses.
Promote relationship with frontline staff.
