工作职责：
1. 负责公司前台接待及电话接转；
2. 收发传真，复印文档，收发信件、报刊、文件等；
3. 负责公司员工的差旅酒店安排、订购机票；
4. 办公用品的管理和发放；
5. 办公环境及办公设备的管理和维护；
6. 办理新员工工卡，负责员工考勤管理、统计；
7. 负责员工名片的制作、印刷；
8. 管理公司所有图书；
9. 办公室文秘及采购工作；
10. 负责安排员工生日会、公司司庆、运动会、旅游、节假日等各项集体活动；
11. 负责每月公司各类行政费用报销统计（房租，水，电，电话，ADSL，快递，机票，文具、下午茶等）；
12. 负责监督公司仓库管理和备案；
13. 负责与物业公司的日常沟通；
14. 负责公司外籍员工就业证，签证的办理、延期、变更等事宜。
15. 能够解决办公室一切突发情况的解决。
16. 其他人事行政经理交办事宜。

任职要求：
1. 专科以上学历,半年或一年年以上相关行政工作经验；
2. 工作认真、细致、热情、主动、责任心强；
3. 熟练使用 Office 软件；
4. 良好的服务意识及人际沟通能力；
5. 普通话标准, 熟练的英文听说读写能力。

其他：
享有15天有薪年假，能力突出者，可考虑转人力资源或行政方向；
