职位描述

General mission

The incumbent works closely with HR and Training Manager at the hotel level to identify overall hotel training needs, implement training programmes, polices and procedures in relation to training, and conduct training of staff and up training on a regular basis, and monitor and verify the effectiveness of all corporate and hotels’ training activities.

Main Responsibilities

Identify training and development needs within hotels/corporate office through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with hotel HR/Training Manager;
Coach Training team at the hotel level and work with them as a team;
Conduct induction programmes for both hotels and corporate office;
Implement training programme, polices and procedures accordingly;
Monitor and review the progress of trainees by using questionnaires and through discussions with managers;
Ensure that Accor training requirements are met;
Evaluate training and development programmes;
Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
Assist Director to fulfill all training objectives

Human Responsibilities & Skills
Excellent communication, both written and oral, and presentation skills
Strong PC skills to include proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Ability to operate related computer software and business equipment including telephone, VCR/DVD player, LCD &/or overhead projector, and other related training aids.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines
Ensure that the Accor Human Resources values and tools are communicated to all levels
Actively develop and sustain a learning work environment
Be able to create positive relationship among people at different levels
Have authority to mobilize training resources according to training needs
