职位要求：
? 3年以上Java Web开发经验，具有一定系统设计，性能优化经验
? 本科以上，计算机或相关专业毕业
? 深入了解面向对象编程、设计模式
? 精通HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Jquery
? 掌握Spring、Struts、Hibernate等Java技术框架
? 掌握Web Service、XML、多线程、Socket编程
? 有大型数据库开发经验（Oracle / MySQL / Mongo / PostgreSQL一种即可）
? 熟练使用、配置、部署tomcat、JBoss等主流应用服务器。
? 熟练使用Java IDE开发工具(Eclipse / Netbeans 一种即可)
? 具备较强的编程能力和解决问题能力，工作踏实努力，能承受工作压力
? 能够快速的学习新技术，能独立完成设计工作
? 有良好的英语读写能力



Job description
? Design and develop B/S web application
? Write technical & system design documents
? Participate in unit testing of the product and be able to independently design test cases
? Depending on the specific requirements of the project, undertake development tasks completed as planned mission objectives

Job requirements:
? 3 years or more Java Web development experience, with a certain system design and performance optimization experience
? Bachelor degree or above, computer or related majors
? In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
? proficient in HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Jquery
? Experience in Spring, Struts, Hibernate framework, such as Java technology
? Master the Web Service, XML, multi-threading, Socket Programming
? A large-scale database development experience (Oracle, MySQL , Mongo or PostgreSQL)
? skilled use, configure, deploy tomcat, JBoss and other mainstream application server.
? Familiar with Java IDE development tools (Eclipse or Netbeans)
? Strong programming skills and problem-solving skills, practical work hard and ability to work under pressure
? Ability to quickly learn new technologies, be able to complete the design work independently
? Good spoken/written English ability
