Responsibilities:
1. Lead the ME team to design Polycom Video and Voice products by working with HW team and HQA team closely.
2. Provide mechanical design solution based on product’s ID.
3. Electronic product mechanical development.
4. Product designs are optimized through CAE tool analysis.
5. Cooperate with foreign colleagues on product development.
6. Set up BOM, and build DFM/DFA.
7. Communicate with manufacturer and provide technical support.

Requirements:
1. A bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
2. At least 8 years’ experience in transmission design (Ex: Stepper motor, gear, worm drive) together with people management experiences.
3. 2+ year experience of managing a team of 5-10 people
4. Fluent oral and written English.
5. International working experience with European countries or US preferred.
6. Experience of managing a full product cycle from product definition to design, implementation, testing, release, and sustaining
7. Good control of mechanical 3D design tools (Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks or Catia).
8. Good experience in surface treatment process.
9. Familiar with CAE software such as Ansys.
10. Experience in acoustic product design is a plus.
