接听呼叫中心热线电话，并提供快速、准确与专业的查询及维修安排服务

受理用户投诉，协调解决用户投诉的问题
负责用户回访工作
处理呼叫中心系统信息的录入与修改
整理呼叫中心工作数据

岗位要求：

大专或以上学历

有呼叫中心经验，拥有家电或手机行业呼叫中心经验者优先
语言表达能力强，普通话标准，口齿清晰

熟练的电脑及办公软件操作能力，精通打字（60字/分钟以上）
良好的沟通能力与问题处理能力

良好的客服意识与较强的责任心
善于学习，做事耐心、细致、踏实
具有团队合作精神

能够熟练运用英语听说者优先
