厨房主管岗位职责
会中西餐的制作，会开车的优先。
管理、监督及指导厨房人员日常操作，保证服务水准符合公司要求，编排厨房排班表，执行厨房员工培训，监督、指导厨房的日常运作，对工作质量达不到要求、违反操作程序的员工要及时督促改进。
确保执行卫生程序和保持高水平的卫生标准，以及保持厨房员工之间的合作
确保员工执行卫生程序和保持高水平的卫生标准，以及维持厨房、餐厅楼面各员工之间的合作
建立及保持健康安全的工作环境贯彻执行总部指定的健康安全，定期对项目点进行健康安全培训。定期清点项目点的健康证
保证其有效性配合客户定期进行防火安全培训保证项目点达到‘公司食品安全’指标定期培训员工对餐厅、厨房设备的使用
具有西餐厨房热菜3年以上工作经验，五官端正，身体健康，具备良好的个人卫生素
质，能够独立完成菜品制作，完全理解厨房卫生要求，能够协助厨师长带领团队完成各
项厨房任务，勤奋好学，愿意接受挑战和加班，对工作充满热情。
