行政方面

1.协助总经理做好综合、协调各部门工作和处理日常事务。

2.负责组织公司行政规章制度的拟定、修改和编写工作；协助参与专用管理制度的拟定、讨论、修改工作。

3.负责召集公司办公会议，并跟踪、检查、督促会议决议的贯彻实施。

4.监督执行规章制度和劳动纪律。

5.负责公司车辆管理，监督各部门有计划的安排用车，满足公司业务用车的合理要求。

6.负责员工活动的策划和组织。

7.负责固定资产、办公用品的管理。

8.负责行政档案的管理工作。

人力资源方面

1.熟悉零售行业人事结构及负责人力资源工作的规划，建立、执行人力资源操作程序或规章制度。

2.负责制定岗位编制，协助各部门开发和利用人力资源，满足公司经营管理需要。（有零售行业猎头经验优先！）

3.根据人员预算及业务发展需求，协调、统计各部门招聘需求，执行招聘计划。

4.组织各部门编写职位说明书，并根据职位调整需要进行组织相应变更工作。

5.负责审核并报批员工升职、加薪、奖励、纪律处分以及内部调配、辞职、辞退等手续。

6.负责人事手续办理（包括入离职、晋升、调动等），建立并及时更新员工档案，负责人事文件的管理和保管。

7.负责拟制薪酬制度和方案。

8.组织实施绩效管理，对各部门绩效评价过程进行监督控制。

9.做好员工考勤管理，负责加班的审核和报批。

10.负责员工福利、社会保险相关工作。

11.处理和及时解决员工投诉及劳动争议事宜。

公司1998年开始负责双立人在北方区域（北京、天津、山西、内蒙）的独家经销。
FBRX had been the exclusive distributor of Zwilling for north China district since 1998.
从1998年最初6家5平米的柜台发展成后来30多家高端商场的平均120平米的柜台。
The shops increased from 6 to 30, and the square enlarged from 5㎡ to 120㎡ in premium shopping malls。
年销售额从1998年的600万逐年增长至1个亿，占据双立人中国销售总额的四分之一。
The annual sales increased from 6 million in 2000 to 100 million year by year, it covered of the sales amount of Zwilling China.
