职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Function leader
■ Driving new business development
■ Embedding of our new belief, ‘Experience Framework’ in all projects
■ Contributing to/developing strategies and briefs that inspire great work
■ Ensuring efficient proposal development
■ Business partner for Clients and project partner for creative and strategic teams
■ Raising/maintaining of standards, challenging thinking, celebrating success
■ Documentation/formalizing of best practice.
■ Raising Company profile in the professional and Client communities
Team leader:
■ Effective utilization of all team members, working closely with the Resources Manager
■ Planning and co-ordination of recruitment
■ Planning and co-ordination of career development – reviews and training
■ Structure of the team with clear reporting lines
■ Running of regular team meetings, sharing knowledge and information
■ Dissemination of agency news and developments.
■ Head hiring of new client services employees and makes new hire and employee promotion recommendations and justification to management
■ Makes recommendations to management regarding client team composition
■ Agree the allocation and the resources to best meet the department needs
■ Provides direction and development to team members ensuring performance is managed in line with the performance review process
Agency leader:
■ Attending and contributing to management meetings
■ Encouraging integrated thinking and collaboration across functions/teams
■ Maintaining close working relationship within the senior management team
■ Being a role model, maintaining standards, living our values.
Key Requirements:
■ 10+ years of experience in Branding/Marketing industry
■ Proven experience in writing and delivering internal and client communications such as scope of work documents, proposals, presentations and creative briefs
■ Good commercial acumen with experience of handling and managing project budgets
■ Able to adapt thinking and approach to suit different sectors/industries/channels
■ Demonstrates appreciation and connection to other skills/disciplines
■ Good communicator, well rounded, motivating and inspiring to both clients and colleagues alike.
