- Responsible for identifying business growth opportunities in pollutant source business through Systematic Market Intelligence Analysis & Leading and Managing Growth Projects with Strong Project Management Skills
- Defining Target Market Segments, Mapping Target Market Value Chains& Competitive Intelligence, Developing Market Development Strategies & Planning Go-To-Market Tactics to drive Sales growth in identified Target Market Segments
- Heavily Influence & Drive New Product line strategies/New Application Development Strategies in CEMS & waste water base upon identified opportunities.
- The role will conduct Voice of Customer, Market research, and providing clear picture for management team on Target Market Trend & Regulatory landscape; Building up relationship with key regulatory organizations in middle to long term.
- The role will drive generating market demand through integrated marketing campaigns by working closely with Sales & Marcom.
- Drive sales growth thru SFDC and closely track sales lead follow-up.

Requirement:
? BS/BA degree in environmental or analytical chemistry, Master preferred;
? Must be able to speak and write fluently in English.
? Strong technical capabilities in the Environmental Science preferred.
? Strong market/business development experience in environmental market required.
? Desire to grow in a global organization.
? Work experience in international company.
? Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment with a strong team orientation
? Strategic thinking skills with proven ability to execute.
? 5+ years experience with business development in related product management role.
? Has worked in a customer focused organization preferable managing growth.
? Experience working with customers, channels, commercial teams and operations and TPP partners.
? Comfortable with domestic/international travel up to 50% of the time.
