Job Duties
Social Media Executive will be in charge of:
? Assist business development team to answer social media pre-sales.
? Advise our customers about the right platforms and strategy to use in China
? Open and set up accounts using development team if necessary
? Co-create social media planning with our customers
? Optimize the content received from our customers for each social media
? Push the content on the platforms
? Engage with customers
? Report results using external tools and platforms tools
? Communicate with customers
Job Qualifications
We require our Social Media Executive to have the following qualifications:
? Experienced with Chinese social media platforms (WeChat and Weibo are mandatory)
? Full proficiency in English
? Chinese native speaker
? Creativity
? Perfect written communication
? Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
? Capacity to adapt and quick problem solving abilities.
? Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Power Point)
? Interest and good understanding of interactive marketing and Web at large.
? Management skills are a plus
