JOB QUALIFICATION:
Min. Education Level: College Degree
Education Major: Engineering Background, including but not limit to Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Civil Engineering
Language Skills: Fluent English in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
Min. Work Experience: 8 Years
OB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMETNS:
1. Computer Skills: Following Skills are required and preferred
MS Word: Develop report in good appearance and organized content.
MS Excel: Develop spreadsheet in good appearance and organized content. Understand the application of formula. Understanding Macro and complicate formula.
MS PowerPoint: Develop ppt documents in good appearance and organized content. Understanding basic multimedia application for ppt.: Knowledgeable for complicate multi-media application and
MS Access: Develop database(Preferred)
MS Project: Develop project work plan and tracing the progress(Preferred)
CAD or Others: Develop and Modify the drawings(Preferred)
2. Sourcing Skills: Understanding sourcing procedure and is able to prepare sourcing documents and tendering documents, understanding basic manufacturing process for metal, rubber, and other industrial materials.
3. QA/QC Skills: Understanding QA/QC knowledge and it is preferred to have the skill of developing QCP or ITP with the manufacturer together.
4. Communication Skills: Cross-cultural communication experience is preferred.
5. Project Management: Project Management and Contract Administration Skills are preferred.
