Role 1: Maintenance Manager

GENERAL

• The person reports directly to Plant Manager during on going phase and he/she is responsible to chart plant direction and achieving plant vision/goals
• The person has to work very closely with Operations and Technical of 2 plants, to ensure all maintenance related problems are resolved immediately. He/She also has to lead his/her team to achieve high equipment availability and reliability. He/she should leverage the resource of maintenance in 2 plants, optimize the organization for labour cost and higher effectiveness and efficiency to achieve maintenance excellence
• During project phase, this person has to exercise great leadership to recruit, train and develop a competent maintenance workforce, and ensure the group is able to carry out project tasks fully in compliance with company/local policies and adhering to high ethical standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Mechanical or E/I Engineering
• Min 5 years relevant hands-on maintenance experience (past 3 years in managerial position)
• Good command of Mandarin/Basic English proficiency
• Strong Leadership skills
• Positive Attitude and Good Interpersonal skills
• Project/Chemical/Fibre experiences will be an advantage

Role 2: Maintenance and Energy & Utilities Manager
Key Elements of Role:
Management of Routine Maintenance
Management of Utilities Operation and Maintenance
Management of Energy Intensity reduction Program

Qualifications:
Essential:
Good Technical degree qualification
Maintenance management experience and good general technical knowledge (E&I, Mechanical )
Specific technical knowledge of utilities and utility equipment
Good English language skills
Desirable:
Experience with specific energy intensity reduction initiatives and programs
SAP experience/knowledge
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Stable employment history
Family situation suitable for working at Qingpu ( no family issues/concerns, no long commuting time to/from work each day )
Relatively young, but high potential – someone looking for stable employment with a company which can offer good career progression opportunities (based on demonstrated capability )
