GENERAL

- Operate Facility Expert /Process Improvement Engineer
* Ensure appropriate equipment production loss categories are established
* Report production losses
* Identify improvement opportunities and route to appropriate work processes
* Mine the Asset Utilization Data Bases
- Maintain Facility Expert
* Select, define and schedule analysis of systems critical to business goals (RCM)
* Establish and monitor key reliability measures
* Assure effectiveness of reliability and maintenance strategies
* Establish RCA priorities
* Coordinate the efforts of the Reliability Engineers

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain and Mine Data on Availability and Utilization Losses and Maintenance Cost for Production and Utilities Areas
- Coordinate effort of Reliability Engineers
- Ensure Turnaround scope addresses Availability issues
- Provide daily support to Production Area with respect to advanced troubleshooting of equipment problems
